Indications
PicoWay Resolve is an advance laser treatment that treats acne scars, wrinkles, dark spots (also known as pigmentation or benign pigmented lesions). There is little to no downtime since the laser is able to get great results from treating the top layer of skin and not having to go into the deeper layers.
Procedure
The PicoWay® laser is an advanced, non-invasive treatment that uses ultra-short picosecond pulses to target pigment and stimulate collagen without damaging surrounding skin. It effectively treats sun damage, brown spots, acne scars and some fine lines while improving overall skin tone and texture. Because PicoWay delivers energy so quickly, treatments are comfortable with minimal downtime. It is safe for a wide range of skin types.
For brown spots, PicoWay reaches just below the skin’s surface to break unwanted dark spots into tiny particles. PicoWay is highly effective in skin pigment removal. Many patients see visible improvement following the first treatment, although multiple treatments are necessary to completely eliminate some brown spots.

Although rare, some redness, swelling, pinpoint bleeding, tingling or purplish spots could occur. It can be covered with make-up immediately after the treatment so there is little to no downtime.
Risks
Risks are extremely rare, but could include some redness, swelling, pinpoint bleeding, tingling or purplish spots could occur. Symptoms should not last longer than a day or two.
Recovery
People return to their daily activities immediately following the treatment.
